Job Summary
Assist in the installation of roofing, siding, windows & doors, soffit & fascia, and decks while loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment. Follow safety protocols and job site procedures to maintain a clean and organized work area, supporting quality control through proper installation techniques. Communicate clearly with crew leads and customers, participate in training sessions to grow technical skills, and perform other related duties as assigned. This full-time role offers year-round employment with opportunities for advancement within a family-owned remodeling company specializing in exterior projects.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in construction or exterior remodeling
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Ability to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains
- Manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
