Job Summary
Carpenter responsible for maintenance and repairs on drywall patching, painting, doors, locks, racks, and warehouse equipment; install and reconfigure modular workstations and office setups; assist with setup and teardown of events; clean both warehouse and office spaces and exterior; operate utility vehicles, forklifts, and cargo vans; support other Facilities teams as needed; must be able to lift and move up to 50-70 lbs and use hand and power tools.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, janitorial, construction or carpentry
- Prior experience with hand and power tools
