Job Summary
Carpenters construct and repair building frameworks and structures such as stairways, doorframes, partitions, cabinetry, siding, and drywall. Responsibilities include assisting with concrete form assembly, laying out flooring, reading blueprints, measuring and calculating material needs, and promoting a safe work environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and reliable attendance.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver’s License required
- Follow safe work practices
- Must be able to take initiative and ask questions
- Possess a keen attention to detail
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong mathematical reasoning and quantitative skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in construction layout, blueprint reading and shop drawing reading
- OSHA 10 Certification
- CPR & First Aid Certification
