Job Summary
The Carpenter Trainee position involves assisting in residential remodel installations, adhering to company safety protocols, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include loading materials, demolition and installation of baths/showers, plumbing updates, customer interaction, and site cleanup. The position requires basic knowledge of hand and power tools, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Paid training is provided, with compensation ranging from $17 to $20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device for logging into Company systems using two-factor authentication
