Job Summary
The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following SOPs and PPE protocols, delivering a 5-star customer experience. Responsibilities include arriving at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials, traveling to the customer’s home, greeting and building rapport, demoing existing bath/shower and installing a new tub or pan with updated plumbing as needed, thoroughly cleaning the work area, and collecting paperwork and payment before returning to the warehouse.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company required systems using two-factor authentication
