Job Summary
Perform residential framing, exterior and interior trim, deck construction, roof sheathing, and back-out work across active projects in Will, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Cook, Lake, McHenry, and DeKalb counties. Partner with Foremen to execute daily build plans, maintain production pace, and support crews in meeting project schedules. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while executing work with high quality, efficiency, and consistency. Travel between project sites may be required based on business needs. This role offers comprehensive training for entry-level candidates with no prior experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction from Foremen and team leads
- Comfortable working outdoors in active construction environments
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (team lift when needed)
- Travel between project sites may be required based on business needs
