Conduct metal and wood framing, install counters and cabinets, and apply high-end trim for commercial projects. Manage siding, exterior trim, and deck installations while utilizing flat roofing techniques where applicable. Operate with your own hand tools and PPE, ensuring all work meets quality standards for experienced hires. This role offers pay based on experience and requires a driver's license and vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in commercial carpentry
- Metal and wood framing
- High end trim experience
- Installing counters and cabinets
- Siding and exterior trim
- Decks
- Must have own hand tools and ppe
- Must have car and drivers license
Desired Qualifications
- Flat Roofing experience is a major plus
