Job Summary
Perform commercial framing and finish carpentry work by reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and installing building materials, doors, windows, trim, and cabinetry. Build and assemble wood and metal framing systems while maintaining a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards. Work independently and as part of a construction team, utilizing reliable transportation and basic hand tools to lift up to 50 pounds. This role requires two years of carpentry experience, blueprint interpretation skills, and OSHA 10 certification. Weekly pay, full health insurance, and tool reimbursement are provided.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of carpentry experience
- Experience with both rough and finish carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong measuring and layout skills
- OSHA 10 Certification (required)
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day
- Basic hand tools and PPE
