Job Summary
Assist lead carpenters with daily tasks, prep work, assembly, and site cleanup while safely lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy furniture pieces and material components. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure daily project goals are met efficiently. This role requires a strict 5:00 AM start time with flexible end times, typically working 8.5 to 9.5 hours daily Monday through Friday. Candidates must be physically capable of constantly lifting heavy pieces and possess reliable transportation.
