Job Summary
Conduct residential maintenance and full refurbishments across multiple projects and sites in Port Augusta. Manage daily and overnight regional travel for emergency maintenance, adhering to a standard 38-hour week with occasional after-hours rostering. Collaborate with diverse clients while utilizing computer skills to allocate and sign off work via software. Maintain safety standards and self-sufficiency by providing your own tools.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification)
- Successful completion of a medical check including Alcohol and other Drugs screening
- Drivers Licence
- Provide your own tools
- OHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- National Police Check

- previous experience in residential maintenance and refurbishment
