Job Summary
Perform physical labor and carpentry at construction sites using hand and power tools, including digging trenches, erecting scaffolding, and removing non-hazardous debris. Assist other craft workers while operating and repairing various power construction equipment. Implement required safety practices during all tasks. Prevailing wages of $16–$18 DOE apply for work on military installations. Candidates must have four or more years of carpentry experience and two years in commercial construction. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred. All applicants must provide proof of U.S. work authorization and pass a commercial criminal background check and Department of Defense background check. Required Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience with carpentry
- Two or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience in commercial construction
- All candidates considered for hire must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire
- All candidates must successfully pass a drug screening
- All candidates must successfully pass a commercial criminal background check
- All candidates must successfully pass a stricter Department of Defense background check
Desired Qualifications
