Job Summary
Carpenter position focusing on design, construction, installation, and repair of CONUS/OCONUS structures, including SCIFs and shielded enclosures. Responsibilities include reading blueprints/specifications, installing foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, windows/doors/trims, erecting scaffolding, and ensuring safety and quality. Requires travel up to 75%, with work across secured facilities and mixed environments; requires strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot, and ability to obtain/maintain US federal security clearance. Full-time role based in the US with potential deployments to various sites, including austere and hostile areas; obligations include long hours, nights, weekends, and travel readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years proven experience as a Carpenter
- Experience supporting federal government customers in construction environments (preferred)
- Experience in industrial and/or commercial building
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and MVR review
- Must possess a valid driver's license
