The PHA is seeking a skilled Carpenter at a journeyman level for maintenance and repair work on agency housing. The role requires performing carpentry tasks including installation and repair of various building fixtures, interpreting blueprints, and providing lead services to less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
- Industrial arts/vocational training
- 5 years experience in building maintenance, construction, repair or remodeling work
- 5 years experience in rough or finish carpentry work
- Rhode Island (Class 2) driver's license unrestricted except for corrective lenses
