Job Summary
Experienced Carpenter needed for Parkview Property Services LLC to perform home construction, repair, remodeling, and maintenance projects (incl. ramps, grab bars, roll-in showers, kitchen/bathroom remodeling, deck/fence work). Responsibilities include reading and implementing scopes of work, estimates, and proposals; collaborating with leadership and other carpenters; maintaining the field management system updates; ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer service; using hand and power tools safely; and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires 5+ years of related experience, a valid WA driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, ability to relocate to Lynnwood, WA, and eligibility to work per RCW 43.43.842. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional work in home construction, remodeling, and/or repair
- Thorough knowledge of and ability to perform all types of home construction, repair, remodeling, and maintenance projects
- Ability to operate individual and multi-person hand and power tools safely and proficiently
- Ability to stay focused and maintain quality and efficiency standards with minimal supervision
- Ability to solve problems and work independently in the best interests of the company and the client
- Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with moderate frequency
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License
- Clean driving record with minor moving infractions allowed
- Reliable transportation to and from the office daily
- Criminal Background check eligibility under RCW 43.43.842 (no waivers)
- Criminal background required due to frequent encounters with vulnerable adults
- Company vehicles issued after probationary period
