Job Summary
Carpenter needed to perform demolition, insulation and sealing, window installation, drywall, finish carpentry, landscaping, and related construction tasks. Work with the Project Manager to schedule subcontractors, manage tool/trailer/material transport, ensure safety, coordinate inspections, and handle project administration (receipts). Requires 2+ years in residential construction/remodeling and a valid driver’s license; preferred credentials include OSHA, RRP Lead, Radon, CPR and associate/bachelor’s degree or certification in residential construction. Regular Duluth area travel; core hours Mon-Fri 7:30am–4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA certification
- Radon certification
- CPR certification
- Associate or bachelor’s degree or other certification in residential construction
- Project management experience
