Job Summary
Follow blueprints and building plans to construct frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials to install structures, fixtures, and millwork for doors, windows, and staircases. Instruct laborers and troubleshoot issues with building components while enforcing Liberty safety protocols, including a 100% eye protection policy and weekly toolbox talks. Collaborate with supervisors to complete punch list items, manage job site clean-up, and ensure all personnel protective equipment is used. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting items over 50 lbs, and adhere to a valid driver's license and English fluency requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to safety
- Capable of performing physical labor
- Familiar with the construction industry's safety standards and procedures
- Fluency in English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in the West Palm Beach area
- High School diploma or GED
- OSHA 10/30
- First Aid / CPR
- Rigging & Hoisting License

- Aerial Lift Certification
- Forklift & Lull Certification
