Job Summary
Frame floors, walls, roofs, and decks; install windows, doors, decking, and stairs; assemble scaffolds; and complete all work to Effect Home Builders' standards. Collaborate closely with the construction team to deliver high-quality residential projects. This role requires experience in framing and/or concrete work, basic hand tools, a valid driver's license, and a clean driver's abstract.
