Job Summary
Provide remodel expertise in windows, doors, siding, and gutters, with a focus on replacement windows. Maintain a professional attitude, respect customer property, and leave the work area clean. Inform clients about the functionality, care, and upkeep of new installations. Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork, photos, and documentation. Maintain a clean unmarked vehicle and possess all required tools for siding installation. Provide proof of liability insurance and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Maintain a pleasant demeanor while ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the brand reputation.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of installation experience
- Clean unmarked vehicle
- All tools required for siding installation
- Proof of liability insurance
- Experience with replacement windows
- 5+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square
- Own equipment and ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
- General liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record
- Reliable transportation for transporting products safely to work locations
- Ability to lift and/ or push and/ or pull up to 100 pounds
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
