Job Summary
Provide remodel expertise in windows, doors, siding, and gutters, with a focus on replacement windows. Maintain a professional attitude and respect customer property while leaving work areas clean. Inform clients about installation functionality, care, and upkeep. Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork, photos, and required documentation. Possess 5+ years of carpentry or renovation experience, including window installation, and own the equipment and power tools needed for the job. Hold a valid driver's license, maintain general and workers' compensation insurance, and be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience
- ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square
- Own equipment and ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
- General liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license
- maintain a good driving record
- Reliable transportation for transporting products safely to work locations
- Ability to lift and/ or push and/ or pull up to 100 pounds
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
