Job Summary
Provide remodel expertise in windows, doors, siding, and gutters, with a focus on replacement windows. Maintain a professional attitude while respecting customer property and leaving work areas clean. Inform clients about the functionality, care, and upkeep of new installations. Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork, photos, or required documentation. Requires 5+ years of carpentry experience, ability to use power tools, and capacity to lift up to 100 pounds. Must hold a valid driver's license and general liability insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square
- Own equipment and ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
- General liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record
- Reliable transportation for transporting products safely to work locations
- Ability to lift and/ or push and/ or pull up to 100 pounds
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
