Job Summary
Manage residential maintenance and refurbishment projects across multiple sites, handling everything from small repairs to full renovations. Coordinate work within a fast-paced environment to meet strict timeframes while communicating effectively with diverse clients. Perform emergency maintenance after hours and travel daily or overnight regionally as required. All tasks are allocated and signed off via software, necessitating basic computer proficiency. Maintain personal safety and adhere to strict OHS standards, including holding a White Card and National Police Check. Provide your own tools and operate a work vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated carpentry or handyperson experience
- Successful completion of a medical check including Alcohol and other Drugs screening
- Drivers Licence
- Provide your own tools
- OHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- National Police Check
- Sound level of computer skills
