Job Summary
Handyman/Carpenter responsible for quality repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects. Build customer relationships and uphold excellent customer service. Communicate scope of work and cost estimates, manage materials and equipment, collect payments, and maintain vehicle and tools. Produce invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports. May cross-train in related positions. Requires 10 years of skilled trades experience in home maintenance/repair and remodeling, strong carpentry, own tools, and tablet proficiency. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, thrive in fast-moving environments, and meet deadlines.

- Strong carpentry background
- Must have own tools fit for many job types
- Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology
