Carpenter/Handyman

Conduct general carpentry, handyman works, and building maintenance across the Barangaroo precinct, including repairs to doors, locks, fixtures, and fittings. Perform painting, patching, and minor building works while inspecting and rectifying maintenance issues on public spaces and foreshore assets. Respond to reactive maintenance requests and manage work orders using mobile technology. Maintain high standards of presentation and safety throughout the site.
