Carpenter - Full-time, year round.

Carpenter for year-round, full-time remodeling and home-improvement work across three campuses in the Lakes region. Responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings/blueprints, measuring, cutting, joining wood materials for framing, repairing frames, applying finishes (drywall, paneling, trim), operating power and hand tools, and ensuring compliance with building codes. Role involves working in residents' homes with emphasis on respectful interaction, plus snow removal and other tasks during weather emergencies.
