Job Summary
Construct forms for precast concrete panels using approved piece tickets while adhering to architectural specifications and PCI requirements. Collaborate with the Carpenter Foreman to discuss production sequences, address form construction problems, and provide input on workflow improvements. Monitor inventory status of form-related materials to ensure timely supply ordering and maintain proper tool usage with appropriate safety guards. Manage personal carpentry workload and uphold plant safety standards per the Company Safety Manual. Requires high school diploma, two years of general carpentry experience, and ability to read technical procedures and construction drawings. Full-time year-round position with competitive compensation, profit sharing, and 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of recent general carpentry experience
- Minimum of 2 years working with finish carpentry products such as cabinetry and other forms of woodworking
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures/specifications
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and piece tickets
