Job Summary
Empire Property Construction seeks a skilled Carpenter with at least 2 years of experience to join their team. Responsibilities include performing construction tasks such as demolition, drywall installation, plumbing and electrical repairs, and kitchen/bathroom remodeling. The ideal candidate must be capable of installing various fixtures, subflooring, and windows & doors. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ownership of basic hand & power tools are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Must have a working smartphone to complete daily work tickets via mobile device
