Job Summary
Lead Carpenter responsible for year-round remodeling and construction work, handling tasks across drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and general carpentry. Work on construction phases from small patches and painting to complete home rebuilds with a focus on reliability and teamwork. Role includes benefits and paid time off, overtime after 40 hours and double-time after 60, a vehicle stipend for travel, and opportunities for advancement within a full-time, permanent position. Must have remodeling experience, bring your own tools, hold a valid driver's license, and demonstrate good communication; prior restoration experience is a plus.
