Job Summary
Skilled carpentry and handyman professional with 5+ years of paid professional experience across home maintenance and commercial repair. Responsibilities include carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall repair, flooring, tile, plumbing and electrical tasks; must estimate time and material needs, take ownership of projects, and deliver quality results while providing friendly, proactive customer service. Must have valid driver's license, own tools (company supplies ladders and larger tools), and be able to communicate effectively with customers. The role offers a take-home company van (expenses covered), medical/dental, 401K, PTO, bonus potential, uniforms, cell phone reimbursement, iPad, paid holidays, tool allowance, and other benefits. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of paid professional experience in carpentry or handyman work
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Solid personal tools (company provides ladders and larger tools)
- Ability to estimate time and materials
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Excellent listening and customer communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, neat appearance
