Carpenter

Perform skilled carpentry work including framing, trim, cabinetry, door and window repair, and custom finish carpentry throughout guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces. Execute fine finish work such as staining, sealing, and detailed touch-up to luxury property standards while fabricating, repairing, and installing furniture, millwork, and built-ins. Diagnose and repair structural wood elements, flooring, decking, and trim with precision, and inspect and repair grout, caulking, and finish carpentry details to maintain a flawless guest-facing appearance. Record equipment temperatures and report any readings out of range. Mentor junior maintenance staff on carpentry best practices and report serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional carpentry experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
