Job Summary
Carpenter role focusing on framing, installation, formwork, and finish work across commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and specifications to determine material needs, measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials with hand and power tools, installing doors/windows/cabinets/trim, building concrete formwork, performing maintenance on structures, coordinating with electricians/plumbers/masons, handling materials, maintaining tools and a safe, organized jobsite, and ensuring work quality and compliance with plans. Requires 3+ years carpentry experience, ability to read drawings, tool proficiency, attention to detail, independent and team work capability, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience, trade certification or apprenticeship, concrete formwork experience, and commercial project exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience in commercial or residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with common carpentry hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
