Job Summary
Deliver general carpentry maintenance, repairs, and building upgrades, including minor construction, refurbishments, and fit-out works. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across client sites while managing tools, materials, and job documentation through BGIS systems. Ensure all works meet WHS, compliance, quality, and environmental standards, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This Full-Time, Permanent role is based in Newcastle, New South Wales. Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery
- Minimum 3 years post-trade carpentry experience
- Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or commercial building environments
- Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and construction
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
