Job Summary
Frame interior walls, install trim and door frames, hang doors, and bath partitions on commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects while working alongside crew members. Operate hand and power tools, lift heavy objects regularly, and maintain a safe work environment in a fast-paced setting. Perform rough and finish carpentry outdoors in variable weather conditions with a willingness to travel. This full-time day shift role includes Monday through Friday hours for an employee-owned company offering competitive compensation, 401(k) matching, health benefits, and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
