Job Summary
Execute ground and aerial maintenance, installation, and construction tasks including replacing high ropes elements, installing zip lines, and building wooden platforms, decks, stairs, and tree houses. Perform work at height on trees and poles, conduct wire rope maintenance, and execute general construction to maintain facilities and course upkeep. Manage inventory of tools and supplies while ensuring safety compliance and adhering to all SOPs. Operate mechanized equipment safely and stay current on industry standards. Requires four years of carpentry experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel extensively up to four to six weeks at a time. Located in Texas (Houston - South Market).
Required Qualifications
- At least four (4) years of carpentry experience such as residential framing, finish work, roofing, deck/stair construction, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Prior experience with hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- At least 18 years or older
- Ability to successfully complete Apex Aerial Works Rope Access Training
- Possess a Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 4-6 weeks at a time

Desired Qualifications
- Possess CPR and First Aid Certification
- Possess ACCT Inspector Certification
- Prior experience working in an outdoor setting
- Ability to lift at least 75 pounds
