Job Summary
Conduct aerial maintenance, installation, and construction tasks for existing and new locations, including replacing high ropes elements, installing zip lines, and building wooden platforms, decks, stairs, walkways, and tree houses. Perform work at height and on rope by ascending, descending, and positioning in trees or poles while conducting wire rope maintenance and executing general construction for facility upkeep. Manage inventory of tools and supplies, operate mechanized equipment safely, and maintain personal and team safety by adhering to all guidelines and SOPs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols. Requires at least four years of carpentry experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel extensively up to four to six weeks at a time.
Required Qualifications
- At least four (4) years of carpentry experience such as residential framing, finish work, roofing, deck/stair construction, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Prior experience with hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- At least 18 years or older
- Ability to successfully complete Apex Aerial Works Rope Access Training
- Possess a Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 4-6 weeks at a time

Desired Qualifications
- Possess CPR and First Aid Certification
- Possess ACCT Inspector Certification
- Prior experience working in an outdoor setting
- Ability to lift at least 75 pounds
