Job Summary
Conduct ground and aerial maintenance, installation, and construction tasks for existing and new locations, including replacing high ropes elements, installing zip lines, and building wooden platforms, decks, stairs, and tree houses. Perform work at height and on rope, ascend and descend in trees or poles, and conduct wire rope maintenance to align with operational standards. Execute general construction maintenance for facilities and course upkeep while maintaining inventory of tools and supplies. Manage personal and team safety by adhering to all guidelines, SOPs, and industry standards, including learning to operate mechanized equipment safely. Maintain inventory and care of all tools, supplies, and maintenance materials.
Required Qualifications
- At least four (4) years of carpentry experience such as residential framing, finish work, roofing, deck/stair construction, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Prior experience with hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- At least 18 years or older
- Ability to successfully complete Apex Aerial Works Rope Access Training
- Possess a Valid Driver's License
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 4-6 weeks at a time

Desired Qualifications
- Possess CPR and First Aid Certification
- Possess ACCT Inspector Certification
- Prior experience working in an outdoor setting
