Job Summary
Alliance Construction and Design is hiring motivated Carpenters with a minimum of 5 years experience, strong attention to detail and safety practices. High school diploma required, along with relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Five (5) or more years of experience in the construction industry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA10 and lift certifications; OSHA30 within 30 days of hire
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices particularly in steel and wood stud settings
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment up to 100 pounds
- Must have agility to climb ladders and navigate construction sites
- Stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
