Carpenter

The Carpenter will perform hands-on construction work across varied projects, including basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and related tasks, while managing a small crew. Responsibilities include repairing as per work orders, installing wood structures (roofing frames, partitions, joists, stud work), designing/installing cabinets and shelving, selecting lumber to meet budgets, reading blueprints, taking and calculating measurements, cutting and shaping materials, building window frames/doors/staircases, performing site prep and cleanup, liaising with clients and suppliers, and conducting site photography and CRM documentation. Requires strong carpentry experience, a valid driver’s license, adherence to safety practices, and the ability to coordinate with Project Manager and field teams.
