Job Summary
Carpenter responsibilities include measuring, marking, and arranging materials based on blueprints or supervisor instructions; calculating material requirements; cutting and shaping components; planning layouts and adjusting designs; setting up and operating power tools (bandsaw, drill press, bench grinder, routers, grinders) to build projects; joining materials with nails, screws, staples, or glue; trimming parts with hand tools and measuring devices; assembling frameworks or props and ensuring accuracy with levels and framing squares; requires adherence to safety programs and codes; Level I and Level II duties with hourly rates ranging from $18.00 to $29.00; hours 6am–2:30pm, Altamonte Springs, FL.
