Job Summary
Operate the carousel attraction per manufacturer guidelines while conducting opening, operational, and closing inspections to ensure safety. Verify guest height, age, and safety requirements before boarding, assist guests with entry and exit, and monitor the ride perimeter to maintain a secure environment. Process admissions and payments using cash, credit cards, or electronic methods, maintaining accountability for all transactions and performing end-of-shift cash counts and reconciliations. Securely transport cash proceeds to designated lockboxes and report any discrepancies immediately. Maintain cleanliness of the attraction, queue, and ticketing areas while providing exceptional customer service. Assist guests with disabilities and support special events as needed. This Full-Time or Part-Time role reports to James Glenn at Triad Service Solutions, offering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and 401K/403b benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, retail, amusement, hospitality, or cash handling
- Minimal computer skills
- Basic mathematics skills
- Demonstrates a solid work ethic and exhibits professional and acceptable behaviors at all times
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce and team environment
- May include lifting up to 50 pounds
- Proper lifting techniques required
- May include occasional walking up and down stairs
