Job Summary
Assist Lead HVAC Technician with troubleshooting and maintenance tasks; support service/install work and complete special projects; maintain accurate logs of work performed; uphold customer-service standards during interactions with customers; work in a residential setting within Ace Hardware Home Services; requires 1-3 years HVAC experience, valid driver's license, safety awareness, ability to work in tight spaces and on ladders, and comfort with reading and following directions. Emphasis on reliability, punctuality, basic tool use, and willingness to grow technical skills in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of HVAC Maintenance, Service/Install experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must possess basic safety knowledge and the ability to follow directions
- Ability to carry 50lbs overhead with assistance
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops
- Able to use a tape measure
- Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
- Willingness to invest in tools
Desired Qualifications

- EPA Universal Certification (not required)
- HVAC Trade School Certificate (not required)
