Job Summary
Shift Leader at Carl’s Jr. in Beaverton, OR. You will train and supervise Crew Members, plan and implement daily operational routines, monitor staffing levels and labor costs, and open/close as needed. You will enforce Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards and ensure guests receive excellent service, while helping to develop leadership within the team.
