Job Summary
Direct supervision and support of a crew of maintenance technicians, providing training and coaching to ensure safe, efficient completion of the maintenance plan. Establish and refine maintenance strategies in consultation with the production team, ensuring Predictive Maintenance and routine activities deliver desired equipment performance. Engage the process maintenance crew to work toward safety, environmental, and production goals while maintaining accurate documentation. Perform other duties as assigned to develop a safe and productive crew.
Required Qualifications
- Proven safety record
- Ability to support work group in attainment of safety, environmental, equipment protection, and production goals
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience working in a maintenance function
- Ability to understand own role and how it contributes to the overall output and business objectives
- Ability to pace own work and work unsupervised
- Capability of adjusting priorities when necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in all media forms
- Ability to deliver clear and concise information to employees and contractors on all levels
- Demonstrated ability to perform essential function of the position
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory or Lead-person experience
- Technical training in maintenance and/or mechanics
