Job Summary
Shift Leader for Carl’s Jr. at 1404 SE 164th Ave, Vancouver, WA. You will train and supervise Crew Members, plan and implement daily operational routines, monitor staffing levels and labor costs, and open/close as needed while upholding Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. Must be 18+, obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Starting pay is $18.28/hour with full-time hours available plus benefits including PTO, 401k, scholarships, insurance, and employee assistance programs.
