Job Summary
Shift Leaders are the face of the Carl’s Jr. team, responsible for supervising Crew Members, training the team, and ensuring daily operational routines run smoothly. You will plan, organize, and implement daily tasks, monitor staffing levels and labor costs, open and close the restaurant, and uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role involves helping guests, providing friendly and attentive service, and fostering a fun, family-like team atmosphere. No experience is necessary as a robust Management Training Program is provided. Required to be 18+, obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days, and lift up to 50 pounds.
