Job Summary
Shift Leaders are the face of the Carl’s Jr. location at 116 W Baseline St, Cornelius, OR. They must perform all Crew position duties, train and supervise Crew Members, plan and organize daily operations, monitor staffing levels and labor costs, and open/close as needed. Responsible for enforcing Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards and ensuring guests receive service beyond expectations. Requires leadership presence, customer service excellence, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a food handler’s permit within 30 days. Starting pay is $17.80 per hour with full-time hours available; includes management training and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a food handler’s permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting
- Posses basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
