Job Summary
Plan, organize, and implement daily operational routines while performing all Crew position duties. Train and supervise Crew Members, monitor staffing levels and labor costs, and open or close the restaurant as needed. Enforce Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards to ensure every guest receives service beyond expectations. Maintain proper lifting capabilities up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. This role is available full-time at the Roseburg location with competitive pay starting at $17/hr. We offer a robust Management Training Program and promote from within. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting
- Possess basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform all Crew position duties
- Must be able to train and supervise Crew Members
- Must be able to plan, organize and implement all daily operational routines and activities
- Must be able to monitor and maintain proper staffing level and labor costs
- Must be able to open and close as needed
