Job Summary
Plan, organize, and implement daily operational routines while performing all Crew position duties. Train and supervise Crew Members, monitor staffing levels and labor costs, and open/close the restaurant as needed. Enforce and maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards to ensure guests receive service beyond expectations. This role requires standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and holding a food handler's permit within 30 days. Full-time hours are available based on business need. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting
- Possess basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
