Lead the team during your shift, keeping operations on point while jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep. Manage shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction, ensuring cleanliness, service, and food quality meet the Carl's Jr. standard. Open and/or close the store using clear checklists and routines, while monitoring staffing and labor costs. Train and support team members with instructional guidance, acting as the go-to person to keep the crew energized and on track. Full-time hours available based on business need and performance.
