Job Summary
Shift Leader at Carl’s Jr. responsible for training and supervising Crew Members, planning and organizing daily operational routines, monitoring staffing levels and labor costs, opening and closing shifts, enforcing Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, and ensuring guests receive attentive, friendly service. This role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and opportunities for restaurant-management growth. Must be 18+, obtain a food handler permit within 30 days of starting, have basic math skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
