Job Summary
Shift Leaders at Carl’s Jr. 7412 NE 117th Ave in Vancouver, WA are responsible for performing all Crew duties, training and supervising Crew Members, planning and organizing daily operational routines, monitoring staffing levels and labor costs, and opening/closing as needed while upholding Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
